i got a new budgie yesterday.when we brought him home he was really scared.today he is a bit better after i fed him some spray millet out of my hand. but now all he ever does is sit on a perch and sometimes chew on one of his toys but not usually.he hasnt eaten anything or dranks except when i brought the water and food right up to his face.he also closes his eyes for like 5 seconds and then opens them when he is just sitting.what si wrong with him?
He has not yet become accustomed to his new home. Also let the room go dark at sunset and light with Sunrise so he can sleep all the dark hours as in the wild. No lights on and no disturbances.
